Talk to us

Retail data from people who are actually in the store.

We run a nationwide consumer panel that goes into stores and reports back with photographs, receipts and location data. Brands and retailers use it to see what is really happening on the shelf.

The panel
11,700+people signed up
across the United States
$29,000+paid out to panellists
for completed work
Photo, receipt
and GPS
captured on every
store visit
What we collect

Field data that holds up when someone checks it.

Every submission is reviewed before it reaches a client. Photographs are checked for reuse, receipts are matched to the visit, and each visit carries a location and timestamp captured at the moment it was made.

Mystery shopping

Briefed visits to named locations, with structured answers and photographs returned against your questions.

Shelf and display audits

What the shelf looked like on the day: facings, placement, secondary displays and point of sale.

Availability checks

Whether a product was in stock, in how many stores, and what was sitting in its place when it was not.

Price capture

Shelf price and promotional price, photographed at the label rather than typed in from memory.

Receipt-verified purchase

Where a purchase is required, the receipt is the proof. We reimburse the panellist and pass you the data.

Online and account tasks

Work that happens away from the shelf, run through the same panel and the same review process.

How it works

You set the brief. We put real people against it.

1

Agree the brief

Locations, questions, the photographs you need back, and how many visits you want covered.

2

The panel goes out

Work is published to panellists in the right places. They complete it and submit proof from the store.

3

You get reviewed data

Submissions are checked, approved and reported back, with the underlying photographs attached.

The consumer side

The panel is a product in its own right.

Panellists come to us through Micromoola, our consumer platform. People pick up short pieces of work near them, submit proof, and are paid in cash through PayPal once it is approved. Paying panellists properly is what keeps the data coming back.

Micromoola

Available on the web and as an iOS app. Every task shows the pay before anyone starts, and approved work is paid within 24 to 48 hours.
